Patience and Precision

Dr. Brennan’s experience as a surgeon began during residency at one of the most prestigious medical centers in the country. At Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Dr. Brennan spent seven years mastering Neurosurgery and the experience honed his skills as a patient and precise surgeon.

As the only Neurosurgeon in California with specialized training in Cosmetic surgery, many ask why Dr. Brennan pursued such training.

As a medical student in South Carolina, Dr. Brennan found both Cosmetic surgery and Neurosurgery fascinating. After establishing a private practice in Florida, Dr. Brennan began developing a revolutionary breast augmentation system that was patented by the United States Patent and Trademark Office in January of 2007. His interest further expanded into pursuing a fellowship approved by the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. This fellowship exposed Dr. Brennan to over 500 Cosmetic surgical procedures working alongside his mentor, Dr. Jacob Haiavy. This fellowship will be used to apply for board certification in Cosmetic Surgery by the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery. The procedures ranged from facelift and facial rejuvenation to body procedures such as tummy tucks and breast augmentation. His exposure to the VASER® ultrasonic liposuction technique as well as the “belly button” or transumbilical breast augmentation were highlights that Dr. Brennan feels provide his patients distinct advantages.
